Planning Your Spa Visit

  • SCHEDULING and APPOINTMENTS:

    Scheduling services in advance ensures desired appointment times. Please arrive in good time. First-time clients should arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled appointment to complete paperwork.

  • MEDICAL:

    Please inform us of any medical or other special needs that require our attention.

  • GROUPS and SPECIAL EVENTS

    Groups or special occasion reservations should be scheduled well in advance to ensure availability. Celebrate any special event, be it a wedding, family reunion or anniversary.

  • LATE ARRIVALS:

    In fairness to other clients, we attempt to maintain an on time appointment policy. We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension and will be responsible for full service fees.

  • GUEST CANCELLATIONS:

    We request the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation notice for all spa services. Cancellation less than 24 hours may result in a 100% fee. No shows will be charged a 100% fee.

  • COURTESIES:

    In order to provide you with the service you deserve, please refrain from bringing your children. Exceptions if your child is receiving a service with you or has a pre-planned party. Thank You! Spa Estetica is a smoke free environment. We request that you refrain from cell phone use while visiting the spa.

  • VALUABLES:

    Please leave jewelry or other valuables at home. Unfortunately, we are not able to take responsibility for lost or misplaced valuables while at the spa.

  • PAYMENT:

    We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AmEx and personal checks. We gladly exchange unopened products.

  • GIFT CERTIFICATES:  

    Gift certificates for spa services and spa retail items are an ideal year-round gift for any special occasion. Please inquire at the front desk.
